By accessing or using the TedXpress platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using our services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TedXpress regarding your use of our services, including but not limited to flight bookings, tracking number purchases, and digital services.

TedXpress provides a digital marketplace offering:

• Flight Booking Services: Real-time flight reservations and ticketing services across multiple airlines and destinations.
• Tracking Numbers: Purchase and management of package tracking numbers with real-time updates.
• Digital Products: Including but not limited to PIA Socks5 Proxies, USA RDP, VPN accounts, eSIM refills, digital gift cards, and software licenses.
• Support Services: Customer support, account management, and technical assistance.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice. Prices for services are subject to change without notice.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access
• Notify us immediately of any security breach or unauthorized use of your account
• Not share your account credentials with third parties

TedXpress reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used for fraudulent activities.

All services are subject to applicable fees as displayed during checkout. You agree to pay all charges incurred under your account.

• Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors
• All sales are final unless otherwise specified or required by law
• Refunds are issued at our discretion and subject to our refund policy
• Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in immediate account termination
• You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your purchases

You agree not to use TedXpress services to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights
• Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activities
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Circumvent security measures or access unauthorized areas
• Use our services for unauthorized commercial purposes

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who violates these provisions.

All content on the TedXpress platform, including text, graphics, logos, software, and designs, is our property or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our services for personal or internal business purposes. This license does not include:

• Resale or commercial use of our services without authorization
• Collection or use of any product listings or descriptions
• Derivative use of our platform or its contents
• Use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering tools

TedXpress services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TedXpress shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Service interruptions or delays
• Errors or inaccuracies in service descriptions
• Third-party actions or services linked from our platform

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the last 6 months.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

Upon termination:

• Your right to use our services immediately ceases
• You remain liable for all amounts due up to termination
• We may delete your account information and data

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team or through account settings if available.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where TedXpress is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitration association, rather than in court.

You agree that any arbitration will take place on an individual basis; class arbitrations and class actions are not permitted.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website with a new "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of TedXpress after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using our services.

It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms for updates.
